Bring your attention now to your heart center, the space in the middle of your chest. Imagine a warm, glowing light there, radiating gently with each heartbeat. This light is the essence of love, compassion, and self-acceptance.

With every inhale, imagine this light growing brighter, expanding outward to fill your entire chest. With every exhale, feel the light washing away any tension or heaviness you may be carrying. Picture this light spreading through your entire body, filling you with warmth and nurturing energy. It moves to wherever the therapist is working, amplifying the release of any emotional or physical tension. Trust in this light, knowing it is a source of deep healing and love.

Now, visualize your heart as a beautiful flower, gently blooming with each breath. See its petals unfurling, soft and radiant. As it blooms, it releases any feelings of self-doubt, worry, or heaviness. In their place, it fills you with gratitude, compassion, and joy.

Take a moment to reflect on something you are grateful for—it could be this special time you’ve given yourself, the touch of your therapist’s hands, or simply the gift of being here in this moment. Let this gratitude fill your heart, blending with the warm light within you.

Repeat silently or aloud the following affirmations, letting their truth resonate deeply:

  • I am worthy of love and kindness.

  • My heart is open, and I receive love freely.

  • I release all that weighs me down and embrace joy and compassion.

  • I am grateful for my body, my journey, and this sacred time.

As you repeat these affirmations, feel the light in your heart growing even stronger. It radiates outward, creating a cocoon of love and peace around you. The therapist’s touch aligns with this energy, reinforcing your sense of self-love and connection.

Imagine this light extending beyond your body, reaching out into the world. See it touching everything around you, creating ripples of love and healing. Know that this energy will remain with you, a constant source of strength and serenity.
